Job summary

Samsung E&A, an EPC contractor, seeks a QA/QC Inspector to perform welding discipline inspections at the Fadhili project site in Saudi Arabia. You will generate RFIs, review ITP/MAR, and manage inspection records to ensure conformance with codes and project specs.

Must have ASNT Level II or AWS CSWIP 3.1/CWI, with 5 years overall experience and 3 years in inspection. Experience with ASME, API, NDE methods, and NCR control will be essential.

Qualifications

• Inspector shall be certified as an AWS CWI, CSWIP 3.1, or approved equivalent.
• Overall experience: 5 years; inspection specialty: 3 years; contract scope: 2 years.
• Aramco experience is required; CBT Pass preferred for QC inspector.
• SAP No. and CBT details should be mentioned in CV.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform welding discipline inspections.
• Prepare/Review QP/ITP documents and related reports.
• Control inspection status with inspection matrices and NCR closure.
• Coordinate inspections with client and subcontractors; witness tests.
• Review/verify PQR, WPS, and related procedures; witness weld tests.
