Job summary

Atkins Realis Group seeks an experienced QA/QC Lead to oversee quality management, inspections, and testing across high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. You will drive compliance with ISO 9001, review ITPs, manage NCRs/CARs, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of QA/QC in major building projects, with strong knowledge of construction codes, materials testing, and quality audits.

Qualifications

• QA/QC principles and quality control procedures for building construction projects.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Understanding of ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures.
• Experience with audits, corrective/preventive actions, and non-conformance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC activities, inspections, and testing per project standards.
• Develop and review ITPs, method statements, and QC procedures.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and NCR/CAR processes.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors on quality issues.
