Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Architectural Inspector to oversee architectural and fit-out works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and QA/QC requirements on site. You will coordinate with MEP, civil and life-safety teams to resolve interfaces and maintain documentation from inspection reports to snag lists.

Responsibilities include reviewing WIRs/MIRs, monitoring workmanship and readiness for testing and final handover, and escalating issues to senior engineers and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in architectural inspection or fit-out work.
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and WIR/MIR workflows.
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect architectural and finishing works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specs.
• Review WIRs, MIRs, and RFIs within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with MEP, civil, and life safety teams to resolve interface issues.
• Maintain inspection reports, snag lists and close-out documentation.
• Assist in snagging and verification of defect rectification.
• Participate in testing, commissioning readiness, and handover inspections.
