AtkinsRéalis is seeking a QA/QC Engineer (MEP) in Al Khobar to oversee quality management across high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. You will coordinate inspections, audits, and documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.

The role requires extensive experience with ITPs, QA/QC procedures, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and labs. Strong leadership and reporting skills are essential for project delivery and handover readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years QA/QC experience on major building projects, including at least 5 years on high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or tower developments.
• Experience with leading contractors, consultants, or PMC organizations on large-scale building projects.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent quality certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee QA/QC requirements across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Review ITPs, Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Audit contractor QMS and supplier qualifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, labs for inspections and approvals.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Prepare quality reports, NCRs, CARs, and technical correspondence.
• Mentor site QA/QC team and provide quality training.
