Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a seasoned QA/QC professional to lead quality management across high-rise and complex building projects. You will oversee inspections, ITPs, NCRs, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and international standards.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in QA/QC for major construction, Civil/Structural, MEP, and hold CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification; GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/related engineering field and 10–15 years QA/QC in major buildings.
• Proven experience with reinforced concrete, envelopes, MEP installations and fit-out.
• Experience in GCC or Middle East high-rise projects preferred.
• CQE or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC management systems, inspections, tests and audits.
• Review ITPs, method statements, QMS, and supplier qualifications.
• Prepare NCRs, CARs, quality reports and technical correspondence.
• Ensure conformance to drawings, specs, codes, and ISO standards.
• Lead internal/external quality audits and mentor site teams.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, labs and suppliers.
