Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking an experienced QA/QC leader for building projects in Medina. The role focuses on developing and implementing project-specific QAQC plans, integrating QAQC into schedules, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with strict standards and regulations.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in QAQC management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with QAQC software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in QAQC management for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and best practices.
• Certifications in QAQC or related fields are desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific QAQC plans tailored to building construction projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections at various construction stages to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
• Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
• Establish and enforce material and workmanship standards per project requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure approved materials are used.
• Maintain detailed QAQC documentation including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Provide regular QAQC performance reports to project stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QAQC procedures.
