Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in QAQC management for building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and best practices.
Certifications in QAQC or related fields are desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Thorough understanding of industry standards and regulations.
Proficient in using QAQC software and tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement project-specific QAQC plans tailored to building construction projects.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate QAQC processes into project schedules.
Conduct regular quality control inspections at various construction stages to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
Implement corrective actions when deviations are identified.
Establish and enforce material and workmanship standards per project requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure approved materials are used.
Maintain detailed QAQC documentation including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
Provide regular QAQC performance reports to project stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for project teams and subcontractors on QAQC procedures.
