AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh region seeks a Senior Construction Manager (Quality) to lead on-site quality control for mega infrastructure and heavy civil projects, ensuring safety, schedule, cost, and design compliance.

The role requires 20 years of QA leadership on high-end infra projects, deep knowledge of construction methods, and strong communication with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve issues and deliver excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 20 years’ proven experience managing quality on mega infra projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and QC.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Excellent leadership and team management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage on-site quality for mega infra projects and heavy civil works.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring schedules and budgets are met with quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials/services.
• Oversee cost control, resource allocation and risk management.
• Implement corrective measures for delays, defects, or non-compliance.
