Responsibilities

Coordinate and develop engineering services proposals covering studies, FEED and detailed design phases.
Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for bids and align with client specs and industry standards.
Prepare comprehensive technical proposals with timelines and methodologies.
Identify risks and mitigation strategies to include in proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, finance, project management and other departments for proposal input.
Engage with clients to present proposals and negotiate terms.
