Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Administration, HR or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project administration or project control in a consulting/engineering environment.
• Experience with building services or multidisciplinary engineering disciplines is a plus.
• Proven experience with multinational project teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek) and advanced Excel/BI tools.
• Familiarity with platforms like Aconex, Autodesk Construction Docs or BIM360.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; effective cross-functional communicator.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and redevelop project monitoring tools and schedules across all lifecycle phases.
• Create and maintain trackers with project managers and document control teams.
• Coordinate deliverables with project managers and technical delivery teams.
• Lead document formatting for internal and client reviews in required formats.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to maintain accurate records of decisions and changes.
• Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and platform access for submissions.
• Coordinate with legal for contract reviews and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to set realistic timelines and resource plans.
• Support reporting on resource utilization and productivity across teams.
• Develop and maintain standard reporting tools for internal and client needs.
• Provide training and development pathways for junior team members.
