Job summary

Jensen Hughes seeks a Senior Projects Coordinator/Controller based in Riyadh to manage non-technical project delivery and ensure plans meet commercial and client requirements across regional and international portfolios.

Based in the Riyadh office, you will support a wide range of projects, coordinating with internal teams to maintain schedules, trackers and processed documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Administration, HR or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project administration or project controls in a consulting/engineering environment.
• Experience in building services, multiciliary engineering or specialized engineering disciplines is preferable.
• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek, or similar) and advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Aconex, Autodesk Construction Documents Management or BIM360.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communicator with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and redevelop integrated project monitoring tools and schedules across all phases.
• Create and maintain trackers with project managers and document control teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical delivery teams for timely deliverables.
• Lead compiling and formatting of documents for internal review and client submissions.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to assist with accurate records of decisions and changes.
• Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing using common platforms.
• Coordinate with legal to arrange contract reviews and CRM updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish timelines and resource plans.
• Track budgets against actuals and discuss variances with PMs.
• Assist with reporting on resource allocations, utilization, and productivity.
