Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall KSA is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Project Controls Manager to support the successful delivery of a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a background in a tier-1 PMC and a minimum of 5 years as a Project Controls Manager.

The project comprises a high-end mixed-use master plan including leisure, residential and infrastructure assets, with a 6-day workweek.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical delivery experience within a consultancy, PMC or client organisation.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Controls Manager.
• Previous Middle East experience is essential.
• Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent is desirable.
• Western-educated candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all programme processes and procedures.
• Provide performance reporting, change control and risk management.
• Create, manage and maintain an effective document management system.
• Deliver timely reporting across the programme and cost/schedule data.
• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans and KPI metrics.
• Establish change control, risk/opportunity management and cross-team coordination.
