Job summary

Jensen Hughes in Riyadh seeks a Senior Projects Coordinator/Controller to manage project plans, monitor progress, and report outcomes across regional and international portfolios. Based in the Riyadh office, the role supports non-technical delivery of projects and coordinates with internal teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and client requirements.

The candidate will redevelop monitoring tools, create trackers, and lead document preparation for client submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Administration, HR or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project administration or project controls in a consulting or engineering environment.
• Experience in building services, multiciliary engineering or specialized engineering disciplines preferred.
• Proven experience with multinational project teams and clients.
• Proficiency in project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek) plus advanced Excel, Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Proficiency with platforms such as Aconex, Autodesk Construction Documents Management or BIM360.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and redevelop integrated project monitoring tools and schedules across all project phases.
• Create and maintain trackers with project managers and document control teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical delivery teams for timely deliverables.
• Lead the formatting of documents for internal and client submissions.
• Attend client meetings and workshops to maintain records of decisions and changes.
• Coordinate with finance teams on invoicing and CRM records.
