Job summary

Speed Construction Contracting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Architect (Fit-Out) to lead high-end interior fit-out projects from planning through handover. The role demands strong architectural execution, project management, and client coordination to deliver on time and within budget.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 7–10 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior projects.
• Experience with commercial, retail, hospitality, office and residential fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of detailing, construction methods, and interior finishing materials.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera P6, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out projects from planning through final handover.
• Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials in coordination with the procurement department.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Manage project risks, variations, and technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
