Job summary

Qiddiya seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of corporate office developments from planning through handover, focusing on execution, governance, and strong stakeholder coordination.

You will manage multi-phase delivery, interface with consultants and contractors, and maintain detailed programmes and cost control while ensuring quality and compliance with briefs and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years’ experience delivering commercial office or large-scale developments.
• Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and complex interfaces.
• Knowledge of ESG and sustainability frameworks (LEED, Green Star, BREEAM).
• Experience in environments with governance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of office projects across all phases from design to handover.
• Translate development objectives into executable project plans.
• Establish and manage project programmes, delivery strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Support cost planning, budgets, cash flow, and change control.
• Coordinate with consultants and design teams; minute and manage meetings.
• Support procurement of contractors and consultants.
