Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager – Design Management to lead the design and development of large-scale projects, ensuring quality, functionality, and aesthetics. You will oversee multidisciplinary design teams and coordinate with stakeholders from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate brings a strong design and technical background, excellent project management and communication skills, and a track record of delivering complex, regulated developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, urban design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in design management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects and designers with clear direction and mentorship.
• Oversee development of design concepts, plans, and specifications aligned with project objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliver integrated design solutions.
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule and quality compliance.
• Review and approve design proposals, drawings and technical documentation for compliance with goals and best practices.
