Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced Design and Project Manager to lead major urban core developments, coordinating design activities from concept through construction to handover. You will manage multidisciplinary consultants and contractors, align with programme quality, cost and project objectives, and report on progress, risks and decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in design/project management within large-scale developments, client-side experience preferred, with Middle East

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of experience in design management and project management within major construction or development programmes.
• Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle through to construction and handover.
• Client-side/developer experience preferred, with strong consultant and contractor coordination capabilities.
• Middle East and major complex development experience highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design process from concept through detailed design and construction delivery.
• Support the development and implementation of project design strategies, programmes and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks and drive timely resolution of design and interface issues.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, constructability and delivery objectives.
