Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in project or development management (e.g., PMP, RICS, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years in project management delivering large commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of office projects across all phases including design approvals, procurement, construction, fit-out, commissioning and handover.
• Translate development objectives into executable project plans and establish delivery programmes and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate governance, reporting and stage-gate deliverables (Stage Gates 2–5) and ensure accurate progress and financial updates.
• Coordinate design and consultant coordination meetings to meet cost, time and constructability objectives.
• Monitor scope, time, cost and quality and manage stakeholders to align with organizational objectives.
