Job summary

WSP in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary developments from concept to handover. You will drive client engagement, manage project teams, and coordinate design, procurement, and construction across all stages.

You will oversee programme development, risk management, and commercial performance, ensuring projects meet objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven track record delivering complex multidisciplinary projects.
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead project set-up, including contract finalisation, mobilisation, and team alignment.
Define, agree, and manage scope across all disciplines; coordinate sub-consultants.
Lead client engagement, workshops, and executive-level reporting.
Manage detailed programmes, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Oversee design coordination, QA/QC, and collaboration across interfaces.
Control project commercial aspects including budget, invoicing, and variations.
Ensure successful delivery through to handover and close-out.
