Job summary

Confidential Government in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior project leader to oversee large-scale real estate developments from planning through handover, ensuring alignment with approved budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

You will direct multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with government authorities, contractors, and consultants, manage risks and change control, and deliver integrated infrastructure and buildings that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale real estate development, construction, or project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience overseeing multidisciplinary development projects including infrastructure, buildings, and facilities.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, contract management, commercial management, risk management and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project activities from planning through handover.
• Develop and implement execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, costs, risks, and milestones to ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with master plans, specs, safety and quality standards.
