Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor to lead the construction supervision team for a large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh. The role covers residential, commercial, clubhouse, landscaping, and infrastructure works and requires strong leadership and a track record in similar projects.

You will ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contracts and codes, manage interfaces among disciplines, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of construction supervision and project-management experience.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is mandatory for projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Experience delivering villas, townhouses, and multi-unit apartment buildings.
• Experience with retail, F&B, and Grade-A office developments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, quality management, HSE, contract administration, cost control, risk management, and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction supervision team on a large-scale mixed-use development.
• Oversee delivery of villas, townhouses, and multi-unit apartment buildings.
• Coordinate interfaces across residential, commercial, clubhouse, landscaping, and utility works.
• Review programmes, construction methodologies, and recovery plans.
• Monitor progress, cost, safety, risks, and milestones.
• Manage design changes, site instructions, variations and extensions of time.
