Penspen is seeking a Document Controller based in Al-khafji, Saudi Arabia. You will manage all project documentation, ensuring accurate control, distribution, and retrieval to support operations.

Implement and oversee document control systems for engineering, procurement, and construction documents. Responsibilities include maintaining records of correspondence, drawings, and transmittals, updating control registers, and ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing project documentation, drawings, and transmittals.
• Familiar with document control standards and procedures.
• Ability to maintain registers and logs for traceability.
