AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Manager to lead all project controls for a major site supervision consultancy project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in project controls, with 8+ years as a Project Controls Manager on large-scale buildings, and proficient use of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred in construction management, project management, engineering or MBA.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, PSP, EVP, AACE are highly desirable.
• 15+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling and performance management.
• 8+ years as Project Controls Manager on large-scale building projects.
• Experience with site supervision consultancy or construction management environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project controls activities including planning, scheduling, cost management, risk, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain the Project Controls Framework, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Review and approve baseline and revised schedules, recovery plans, and control procedures.
• Develop integrated controls systems to monitor schedule, cost, risk, and performance metrics.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify deviations, delays, and issues.
• Prepare dashboards, executive summaries, and KPI reports for client and management.
