Job summary
AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead all site supervision activities for a major Riyadh project. You will coordinate with Resident Engineer, Project Director, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant delivery of high-profile buildings and hospitality developments.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master's preferred) with 15+ years in construction, including 8+ years in a Construction Manager role on large projects, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Advanced degree in construction management is preferred.
- Professional certification (PE, PMP, or Chartered Engineer) is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction supervision activities across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate multi-discipline site operations with contractors and supervision teams.
- Ensure compliance with designs, specs, schedules, and safety requirements.
