Qualifications

• 15+ years in project controls, planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• 8+ years as a Project Controls Manager on large-scale building projects.
• Experience with EVM, delay analysis, and EOT claims is highly valued.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and site supervision environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, progress measurement and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project controls framework, procedures, and dashboards.
• Review baselines, revisions, and recovery plans; coordinate with multiple teams.
• Monitor progress against baselines and manage change control processes.
• Provide forecasts, KPI reports, and executive summaries for client review.
• Mentor and develop project controls engineers and planners.
