Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh seeks an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and project controls across the construction lifecycle. You will drive critical path analysis, risk assessment, and schedule optimization while coordinating with the Client, Project Director, and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 15+ years in planning, 8+ years as Planning Manager on major projects, and advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PMI-SP, AACE, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and project controls for the project.
• Review contractor baseline and recovery schedules; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain master schedule covering design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Monitor performance against milestones; perform critical path analysis and risk assessment.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and executive progress reports on schedule performance and forecasts.
• Lead schedule review meetings and workshops with project stakeholders.
• Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules; assess resource allocations.
• Support EOT claims analysis and disruption assessments.
