Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Reporting Lead for the Airfield Project Controls in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role will integrate schedule, cost, risk, and progress data across a major airport program, delivering reliable management information and executive dashboards for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include establishing the reporting framework, coordinating with planning and controls teams, and ensuring high-quality, timely reporting across multiple packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project reporting, project controls, MIS, or performance analysis.
• Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure, airport, aviation, or complex capital projects.
• Airport/airfield construction experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project reporting framework, calendar, templates, dashboards, and KPI structure.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and executive reports covering schedule, cost, progress, risk, change, issues, and milestones.
• Coordinate with planning and project controls to capture validated progress and current schedule performance.
• Monitor critical paths, near-critical activities, milestone achievement, and key package deliverables.
• Analyze schedule variances and highlight emerging threats to contractual and program milestones.
• Consolidate planning information into concise management narratives for status and forecast implications.
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk, progress, and change information into unified management dashboards.
• Lead reporting analysts or project controls resources and provide guidance on templates and KPIs.
