Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Project Controls Manager for a major Roads and Highways project in Riyadh. You will lead the project controls team, plan and manage schedule, cost control, and risk while reporting to senior management and the Client.

The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, designers, and supervision teams to ensure on-time delivery. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in project controls on large infrastructure, strong Primavera P6, EVM, and MS Project skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, cost control, and progress monitoring for major infrastructure project.
• Lead project controls team and coordinate with clients, contractors, and design teams.
• Develop master schedule, review baselines, and monitor critical path activities.
