Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience in project controls.
• Experience in supervisory capacity on transportation infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute all phases of the project controls effort, including planning, scheduling, cost analysis, progress measurement, forecasting, reporting, and change control.
• Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to the project for resolution of difficult project control problems.
• Interface with clients, attend regular meetings, and provide reports on progress, cost, schedule and performance.
• Manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting project costs and schedule performance.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the project baseline schedule and handover requirements.
• Assess the impact of design changes, construction changes, interface issues, delays, and schedule slippages.
• Oversee development of project controls systems, reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Coordinate project controls requirements across disciplines and activities.
• Coordinate staffing, supervise work, and train personnel in project controls.
• Support change management with schedule and cost impact analyses.
