Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Principal Programme Manager, Professional Services to lead the largest and most strategic customer programmes in the Middle East from Riyadh. You will unite CX and Creative & Production teams with Professional Services, ensuring governance, value delivery and cross-functional collaboration across multiple workstreams.

Component responsibilities include establishing delivery rhythms, managing budgets, forecasts and risk, and coaching regional teams to sustain customer outcomes

Qualifications

12+ years in programme delivery and leadership roles.
Experience leading large, multi-workstream transformation programmes.
Proven track record in Saudi Arabia / Middle East.
Strong executive presence with C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end programme leadership across complex, multi-workstream transformations.
Mobilise programmes with governance, roadmap, RAID and budgets.
Lead cross-functional teams spanning CX, Creative & Production, Sales and Technology.
Drive value realisation and revenue through disciplined delivery and forecasting.
Report programme health and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
