Adobe is seeking a Principal Programme Manager for Professional Services in Riyadh to lead large, strategic programmes across the Middle East. You will unify CX and Creative & Production capabilities, drive governance, and manage complex, multi-workstream delivery with cross-functional teams and strategic partners.

The role requires a strong executive presence, extensive SaaS/enterprise delivery experience, and fluent English; Arabic is advantageous.

Competenze

12+ years in programme delivery and leadership roles.
Experience in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programmes.
Strong executive presence and relationship-building with C-level stakeholders.
Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methods.
Familiarity with Enterprise platforms is advantageous.
English required; Arabic language capability advantageous.

Mansioni

Own end-to-end programme leadership as single accountable for Adobe delivery across complex, multi-workstream transformations.
Mobilise programmes with operating model, roadmap, quarterly plan, and governance.
Lead Core Team and workstreams, ensuring clear ownership and acceptance evidence.
Coordinate across CX, Creative & Production, Professional Services, Sales, product and engineering partners.
Chair the programme leadership rhythm and co-chair governance and reviews.
Maintain healthy programme state with scope, schedule, budget, risks and readiness.
Drive predictable services revenue and financial health through forecasts and controls.
Manage contractual milestones and ensure evidence and acceptance criteria.
Connect delivery to outcomes, KPIs, adoption and value realization.
Provide executive reporting on health, value and required actions.
Support pre-sales and deal shaping before signature.
Coach regional programme leadership practices.
