Job summary

Adobe in the Middle East seeks a Principal Programme Manager, Professional Services in Riyadh to lead large, multi-workstream programmes across CX and Creative & Production. You will coordinate with Sales, PS, Value, Engineering and strategic partners to ensure value delivery for customers in the Middle East.

The role requires 12+ years in programme leadership, strong executive presence, and proven ability to navigate Saudi Arabia and broader regional business culture, with travel to customer

Qualifications

12+ years leading large, strategic multi-workstream programmes.
Experience delivering in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region.
Strong record of owning outcomes, governance and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end programme leadership as single accountability for Adobe delivery across complex multi-workstream programmes.
Mobilise programmes with operating model, roadmap, quarterly plan, RAID and governance.
Lead cross-functional teams including CX, Creative & Production, Professional Services and Sales.
Ensure delivery alignment to customer outcomes, adoption and value realization.
Provide concise reporting on health, finances, decisions and required leadership action.
