Saudi AZM is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Project Manager to lead business transformation and strategic initiatives across the organization. You will manage full lifecycle projects, create structured plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure budgets and timelines stay on track.

Strong financial planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management are essential, with bilingual Arabic/English communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience managing structured business or transformation projects.
• Direct experience implementing plans across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• PMP certification preferred, not required.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
