Job summary

Almarai invites applications for a role supervising the Supply Planning Supervisors within the CPP manufacturing environment in the Riyadh region. You will use SAP to analyze service levels and budgets, balancing stock availability with lead times and capacity constraints.

Collaboration with Operations and Purchasing will be essential to resolve supply issues and optimize MRP. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in MRP in FMCG are required; a competitive package and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in MRP within a supply planning environment.
• Experience in FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure stock levels and availability.
• Create and manage SAP purchase requisitions to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinate with Operations and Purchasing to resolve supply issues affecting MRP.
• Manage working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers considering warehouse capacity.
• Ensure maximum efficiency of Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

About the role: To supervise the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors ensuring that they plan and control stock levels/availability of all materials and ingredients required for their designated portfolio within the CPP manufacturing environment, this will be achieved by using SAP and analyzing the required service levels/working capital budget and taking into consideration delivery lead times, seasonal constraints, available storage etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Supply Planning Supervisors' activities and deliverables are completed effectively and on time.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions in SAP to maintain agreed packaging and ingredient stock levels.
• Liaise closely with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply issues and manage impacts on material requirement planning (MRP).
• Manage assigned working capital within budget by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular review.
• Schedule deliveries from local suppliers, taking into account warehouse capacity and space constraints.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in MRP within a supply planning environment.
• Previous experience working in an FMCG environment.
