Job summary

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Process Mechanical) for Seafood operations based at KAEC, Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and driving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 4–6 years’ experience in the same industry, and hands-on experience with food

• 4–6 years of experience in the same industry and similar position
• Experience in food processing/packaging equipment
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Manage break downs and maintenance during shift to meet internal customer requirements with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate execution of planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performance
• Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure skills inventory
• Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage break downs and maintenance during his / her shift to meet the internal customer requirements ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards
• Co-ordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance task to ensure equipment’s perform as required
• Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in the place
• Review of the equipment deficiencies and take corrective action
