Almarai in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Team Manager - Engineering (Process Mechanical) to lead a self-directing, multi-functional team in seafood production and packaging, upholding safety and quality standards.

Based at KAEC, Rabigh, the role focuses on improving production efficiencies and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on Arabic and English communication.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and 4–6 years in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4-6 years of experience in the same industry and similar role.
• Experience in food processing / packaging equipment.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic/English.

Responsibilities

• Manage break downs and maintenance during his / her shift to meet the internal customer requirements ensuring adherence to the defined safety and Quality standards
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance to ensure equipment performs as required
• Identify training needs of maintenance technicians and ensure that the required skills inventory is in place
• Review equipment deficiencies and take corrective action

About the Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of seafood products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
