Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Familiarity with SBC and ARAMCO standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure uninterrupted projects.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new suppliers to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
