BEC Arabia is seeking a meticulous Procurement Officer in Riyadh to oversee the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services for construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to maintain supply chain efficiency and compliance with Saudi regulations.

Formación

• Experience in procurement for construction projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and GOSI.
• Ability to develop procurement strategies.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficient with procurement software.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Monitor procurement budgets and cost control.
• Coordinate with project teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (Saudi Labor Law, GOSI).
• Collaborate with QA/QC to verify quality.
• Use procurement software to streamline processes.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.
• Resolve disputes with suppliers.
• Stay updated on market trends.
