Job summary

BEC Arabia in Riyadh is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join the procurement team. You will manage end-to-end procurement for large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing and supplier engagement.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, GOSI, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers for reliable and cost-effective procurement.
  • Monitor procurement schedules to align with project timelines and budgets.
