Atkins Realis Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager with a strong PMC background to oversee the full lifecycle of contract management on complex, high-value projects.

The role focuses on contract strategy, administration, dispute resolution, risk management, and providing strategic commercial guidance to clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, with a proven track record of delivering results on infrastructure programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Professional certifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent are preferred.

• Lead development, negotiation, and administration of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic advice on contract structuring procurement models and commercial terms.
• Manage claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT) and dispute resolution processes.
• Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed.
• Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager with a strong PMC background to oversee the full lifecycle of contract management on complex high-value projects The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contract strategy administration and dispute resolution with a proven track record in managing contracts within a PMC environment Your role Lead the development negotiation and administration of contracts with clients consultants contractors and suppliers Ensure all contractual obligations are met and risks are identified and mitigated early Provide strategic advice on contract structuring procurement models and commercial terms Manage claims variations extensions of time EOT and dispute resolution processes Liaise with legal teams and external counsel as needed Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the project lifecycle Support tendering processes including drafting RFPs bid evaluations and contract awards Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management and stakeholders Mentor junior contract administrators and commercial staff

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management, with at least 5 years in a PMC environment.
