Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial aspects of our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will manage contracts, budgets and client relationships to drive profitability and timely delivery.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to align commercial strategies with project objectives, lead negotiations, and provide financial analysis and risk management to support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations.
• Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance.
• Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters.
