Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of progressive planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling.
• Experience developing and controlling schedule baselines.
• Strong capability in progress measurement, variance analysis, and trend assessment.
• Experience supporting time impact analysis, delay evaluation or claims documentation is advantageous.
• Clear communication and presentation capability when reporting schedule issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 across levels.
• Maintain Level 1 through Level 4 schedules and update the Integrated Master Schedule.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
• Establish approved schedule baselines and control revisions and changes.
• Perform regular schedule updates using verified progress information from project teams.
• Analyze schedule variance, trends, and delivery constraints.
