Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Riyadh seeks a project controls professional to support cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for one of the GCC airport programs. You will help implement cost standards, allocate budgets, and develop unit rates for multiple disciplines.

The role requires solid experience in project controls, familiarity with procurement, invoicing, and month-end processes, and willingness to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment on a landmark development

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in client representation or PM/CM roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting, project accounting, and cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cost estimating, analysis, and control activities as directed.
• Supports cost monitoring, control standards, and reporting systems.
• Assists with budget allocation and cost reporting for specific disciplines.
• Prepares cost data for proposals or contracts and assists in unit rate application.
• Develops quantity takeoffs and project codes; supports project accounting and month-end close.
