Job summary

AECOM in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to develop, integrate, and monitor comprehensive project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with milestones.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review WBS, manage risks, and implement corrective actions across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning for major infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in planning, scheduling, and control of large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or other approved enterprise project-planning software
• Demonstrated expertise in critical path analysis, delay analysis, and schedule-impact assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and integrate master schedules covering all project phases.
• Review and validate contractor work breakdown structures and multi-level schedules for accuracy.
• Establish progress measurement methodologies aligned with milestones and schedule of values.
• Prepare management dashboards, executive summaries, and detailed schedule narratives.
