Job summary

WSP is seeking a Site Planner for projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.

You will coordinate with EPC contractors, design and site teams, and Project Company representatives to drive progress from Financial Close through PCOD and warranty. 7–12 years in planning and BIM exposure are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, PM, or construction management.
• 7–12 years of experience in project planning for large infrastructure.
• Experience with Owner's Engineer or EPC planning teams is a plus.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification preferred; BIM experience an added benefit.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update integrated project schedules for all phases.
• Monitor progress, ensure milestones, and perform time-impact analyses.
• Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC, O&M, and external agencies.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports, look-ahead schedules, and progress updates.
• Track test readiness and handover schedules; support warranty planning.
