Job summary

Mace is delivering a major Giga project in Riyadh and seeks an experienced planner to join a high-energy PMO team working across residential, hotel, infrastructure and regeneration scopes. You’ll lead planning and scheduling, apply project controls and Earned Value Management, and communicate with clients and stakeholders to drive delivery excellence in line with Mace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential and infrastructure schemes in large-scale projects.
• Experience working within a PMO environment.
• Ability to interpret complex data for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead application of planning and scheduling methods, tools, and techniques.
• Apply strong knowledge of project controls and Earned Value Management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
• Influence complex requirements, providing clear analysis and corrective measures.
• Manage and develop teams delivering planning and schedule management services.
• Guide clients to adopt proposals and recommendations with confidence.
• Undertake tasks required to fulfil project and assignment objectives.
• Drive excellence in planning and project controls, aligned with Mace standards.
