Job summary

Mace in Saudi Arabia offers an exciting opportunity to join a transformative mixed-use development in Abha. You will oversee PMO and project controls, focusing on cost, schedule, risk, and change management, while building strong client relationships to deliver on time and within budget.

The Project

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative mixed-use development in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The programme will create a world-class destination, bringing together residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components to support the region’s future vision and growth aspirations.

The project offers the opportunity to work within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development that will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom and create a lasting legacy for the region.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Leads PMO and project controls delivery across assigned commissions.
  • Provides expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
  • Builds strong client relationships and drives performance reporting.
  • Aligns delivery with Mace control centre, mentoring teams and promoting sustainability.
  • Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll Need To Have
  • Relevant degree or equivalent. Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
  • Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
  • Minimum 20 years’ experience in planning, scheduling, phasing, controlling and reporting experience on large scale and complex infrastructure and building projects.
  • Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
  • Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
