Job summary

You will develop detailed plans, coordinate teams, report progress and champion net-zero initiatives across residential, hospitality, F&B, retail and educational assets. The role emphasizes delivery, collaboration and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential or infrastructure schemes.
• Experience in working within a PMO.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and interpret data for stakeholders.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Relevant professional qualifications encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans aligned with project constraints.
• Interface with project team and contribute to progress reporting.
• Review and capture productivity to track performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Establish and oversee project work plans and deadlines.
• Coordinate team activities to meet project requirements.
• Undertake tasks ensuring delivery of assignment obligations.
• Champion net zero carbon transition through proactive emissions management.
