Job summary

Mace is delivering one of Saudi Arabia's largest programmes, a major mixed-use development with sports facilities and infrastructure, where you will lead integrated teams across planning and controls.

As PMO and Project Controls lead, you will implement frameworks, manage client relations, and drive performance reviews while contributing to net zero carbon goals on the project.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent.
• Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body and ongoing professional development.
• Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
• Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing, delivering measurable outcomes and embedding best practice.
• Strong knowledge and application of relevant legislation within complex organisational environments.
• Effective communicator with analytical capability and ability to engage, influence and build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence, under the guidance of senior professionals.
• Contributes to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre, client requirements, and relevant governance standards.
• Builds effective working relationships with client representatives and supports the integration of core disciplines, including planning and risk management.
• Assists with the preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews and providing insight on project performance.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Be Responsible For
