Job summary

KBR in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Planning Manager to lead the overall planning, scheduling and coordination of the programme using Primavera P6.

The role requires deep expertise in EPPM, IMS, baseline management and PMCs, with a track record of delivering large civil infrastructure projects. You will develop and maintain the IMS baseline, monitor progress, perform schedule risk analyses, and lead monthly reviews with stakeholders to drive reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years post-graduation experience in planning and scheduling.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Pert master and MS Office.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and implement the EPPM P6 EPS hierarchy in WBS.
• Coordinate schedule data integration and validation across systems.
• Produce and update IMS Baseline Package and related reports.
• Lead baseline change control and monthly programme reviews.
• Verify schedules are realistic, traceable, and fully loaded.
