Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning and scheduling for major infrastructure programs. You will develop, maintain, and monitor detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, resource-loaded and cost-loaded plans, and report on progress with KPIs.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of planning & controls experience on infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP Certification.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project and cost-loaded scheduling.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia on large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Create resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules aligned with budgets.
• Track progress, prepare S-curves, histograms, and KPIs; report deviations with recovery plans.
• Conduct schedule analysis, identify delay causes, and support EOT claims.
• Collaborate with PMs, site engineers, subcontractors, contractors, and clients to ensure schedule adherence.
